Pound Cake Auto Feminised is a 60% sativa autoflowering strain whose name provides a good clue regarding the size of its yields. It is easy to grow, even for the beginner, and has low nutrient and watering requirements. Very high THC levels and nice terps.

Pound Cake Auto grows into a large plant for an auto strain, up to about 150cm (59 inches) when grown outdoors, or approx. 100cm (39 inches) indoors, give or take. These are very easy-going plants that even a novice will succeed with, just be careful with feeding and watering. These plants have a large central cola surrounded by shorter lateral branching. The long internodal spacing means that plants respond very well to LST / SCRoG techniques. The buds grow large and dense, joining up to form contiguous colas, and side-branches will need support for the flowering stage.

The grow cycle for seed through to germination takes approximately ten weeks with very good indoor yields between 450 – 600gr/m2 (1.5 – 2oz/ft2). Outdoors, plants favour hot, warm and temperate regions and, given the low water requirements, dry regions. Yields are between 60 – 300gr/plant (3 – 11oz/plant). The mature buds are dense and have some light and dark purple colouration with pink and orange ‘sugar leaves’. Avoiding giving high levels of nutrients, and flushing plants sufficiently, will result in a much more pronounced terpene profile.

Pound Cake Auto has a mouthwatering terp. profile featuring sweet, creamy berries with nutty notes. THC levels can rech a very high 28% which, together with low CBD of less than 1%, produces a very upbeat, uplifting and energising effect that can become less mobile with higher consumption, and would be a good choice for a movie night at home.
